The FIRMWARE UPDATER 1+ connects your Windows computer to your projectors and DMX effects via a simple USB cable and transmits firmware updates through its 3-pin XLR output. Controlled by the included DMX Tools software, it updates your compatible devices in just a few steps, allowing you to take advantage of the latest performance improvements, bug fixes, and new features for your fixtures.

Multiple devices, one operation
Instead of updating your projectors one by one, daisy-chain them using their DMX IN and OUT connectors: devices of the same type will update simultaneously, in a single pass. This saves time when managing a rental fleet, a permanent installation, or a tour.

A pocket-sized DMX controller for your tests
In addition to updating firmware, the FIRMWARE UPDATER 1+ functions as a compact DMX-512 controller. Connect it to any DMX device and control it manually from DMX Tools to verify its operation, channels, and functions before a setup or during troubleshooting.

Compact and USB-powered
At 9 cm long and weighing 200 g, it fits easily into a tool bag or flight case and plugs directly into a computer. The DMX Tools software is included, and the manual is available for download.
